Deputy manager- Global Compensation

📍 Location: Bangalore
🕒 Working Hours: UK Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
🏠 Work Model: Hybrid (1 Week Work from Office | 3 Weeks Work from Home – Subject to business requirements)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA (Maximum 35% hike on current CTC)
Responsibilities
- ✔️ 8+ years of experience in Global Compensation / Total Rewards
- ✔️ Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- ✔️ Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analytics
- ✔️ Experience with HRIS / compensation databases
- ✔️ Excellent analytical and communication skills
- ✔️ Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
