🏠 Work Model: Hybrid (3 Weeks Work from Home | 1 Week Work from Office)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large US Healthcare operations teams
- * Drive operational KPIs including productivity, quality, SLA adherence, attrition control, and process improvements
- * Partner with global stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- * Develop team capability through coaching and performance management
- * Deliver operational reporting and insights to leadership
- * Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- ✔️ Strong exposure to US Healthcare and Employee Benefits operations
- ✔️ Experience managing large teams (Span of control 100+ preferred)
- ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
