Must Have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- 08–12 years of progressive experience in corporate relations, industry engagement, or placement leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity within the IT/education/training sect
- Deep understanding of the IT sector’s hiring ecosystem, future skills demand, and global recruitment trends.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage senior managers, and drive organizational transformation
