Responsibilities
- Fraud operations Analyst with 2-6 years of experience with experience in Inbound process
- Experience in handling non-retail fraud alerts/ cases for Corporate and entities ( non-retail customers)
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prior Experience or working in Voice Process in Fraud Operations for a global bank is a must
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Excellent communciation skills
- Perfect written English
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools
- and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and
- require some clarification or conceptual thinking
