Responsibilities
- Identify market potential by qualifying clients / recruitment partners
- Qualify the customer needs
- Initiate outreach process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentations; understanding client requirements
- Identify product / service improvements or new products / services by remaining current on industry trends, client requirements and preferences, market activities, and competitors
Must have
- Working knowledge/experience of the Education space
- In-depth perspective of hiring trends in the industry
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new hiring opportunities
- Strong analytical skills
