 🔹 Role Mandates

✔️ Minimum 13+ years of experience (on paper)

✔️ Current designation should be Manager or Senior Manager in an MNC Insurance BPO / KPO environment

 ✔️ Strong exposure to US Healthcare and Employee Benefits operations

 ✔️ Experience managing large teams (Span of control 100+ preferred)

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Willingness to work night / afternoon shifts in a hybrid model

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage large US Healthcare operations teams

* Drive operational KPIs including productivity, quality, SLA adherence, attrition control, and process improvements

* Partner with global stakeholders to ensure service excellence

 * Develop team capability through coaching and performance management

* Deliver operational reporting and insights to leadership

* Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
