Operations Coordinator / Senior Operations Coordinator  - NIGHT SHIFTS

Job Profile : 

 Salary - upto 32-33 k 

 -    3-5 and above years of experience in an order processing/ management process or similar

-        Proficiency in MS Office

-        Excellent communication skills

-        Numerical ability and reasoning  

· Order processing, Deck Creation, interacting with US vendor 

· Process orders through our CRM(BLINC/CORE)

· Creating PowerPoint presentations for our sales team in US

· Accepting and processing Orders

· Coordinating with Sales Reps/Account Managers in US

· Reaching out to Clients for additional details and In-Hands date confirmation

· Reaching out to Vendors for confirmation/negotiation

· Getting mockups/arts prepared by the Arts Team

· Getting pre-production samples prepared ‘

· Periodically confirming the status of production with the vendor

· Ensuring the production and shipping is done on time

· Calculating shipping estimates and coordinating delivery of product at correct address

· Managing damage control, if the situation arises

· Coordinating with Accounting Team for ensuring vendor payments are made and proper closer of the Order 

Key Responsibilities

●       Create innovative and high-quality design concepts for promotional merchandise and branding projects

●       Develop artwork for presentations, packaging, and marketing materials

●       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, to ensure design feasibility

●       Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs

●       Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy in factory artwork setup

●       Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

●       Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

●       Experience: 4–6 years in graphic design (agency or product-based preferred)

●       Strong illustration skills

●       Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

●       PowerPoint proficiency is a must (presentation design skills required)

●       Solid understanding of illustration techniques

●       Strong foundation in typography, layout, and composition

●       Ability to create clean, impactful, and visually engaging designs

●       Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

●       Excellent communication skills

Portfolio Requirement

●       A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles, techniques, and problem-solving abilities is mandatory

●       Demonstrated experience in branding, promotional products, or packaging design is preferred
