      Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Forcepoint DLP solutions:
  • Endpoint DLP
  • Email DLP
  • Network DLP
• Implement and manage Netskope DLP policies across cloud and web channels.
• Design, configure, and fine-tune DLP policies based on business and compliance requirements.
• Perform incident investigation, analysis, and remediation of DLP alerts.
• Troubleshoot DLP agent, network discovery, email integration, and policy enforcement issues.
• Coordinate with SOC, network, endpoint, and email teams for seamless DLP integration.
• Monitor DLP dashboards, logs, and reports; ensure compliance and data protection.
• Support POC, rollout, and post-implementation activities.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and health checks for DLP components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Provide L2 operational support and assist L3 teams when required.

1         Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to basic DLP alerts and incidents.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of Forcepoint DLP (Endpoint, Email, Network).
• Support basic monitoring of Netskope DLP policies and alerts.
• Perform initial analysis and escalate issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Assist in agent deployment and basic configuration tasks.
• Maintain reports, logs, and incident records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow SOPs.
• Provide onsite support as required.

2         Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts.
• Exposure or training in Forcepoint DLP (Endpoint / Email / Network).
• Basic awareness of Netskope DLP.
• Understanding of common data types and policy violations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in cybersecurity domain.
• Own conveyance is mandatory.

3         Preferred (Good to Have)

• Basic networking knowledge (HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP).
• Familiarity with Windows OS.
• Cybersecurity or network/security training or certification.
• Exposure to SOC or IT support environment.
