Mandate skills- SQL, Automation, ITIL process, ITIM, L2 and emerging as L3 support , must have mentoring experience

Identity and Access Management (IAM), Banking and Retail domains, . 

Proficient in 24/7 production support, handling incidents ( (P1, P2, P3) with 98% SLA adherence, application monitoring

and automation using Splunk, ServiceNow, New Relic, Geneos, and Grafana. 

Experienced in SQL database management with expertise in troubleshooting and application monitoring 

with Splunk, custom dashboard creation, and real-time reporting to ensure high system availability, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall performance.
