🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts

* Oversee TDS & GST input reconciliation, return preparation and statutory compliance

* Perform Bank Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records

* Record and monitor accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

* Manage and coordinate Bank Guarantees (BG) & Letters of Credit (LC)

* Handle stock accounting, valuation, and inventory management

* Manage discount, sales/purchase, and journal entries.

🎓 Skills & Qualifications:

* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

* 2+ years of experience in accounting (polymer trading background preferred)

* Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and banking operations

* Expertise in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel

* Experience with LCs, BGs, and trade finance documentation

* Understanding of stock valuation and inventory accounting

Duties and responsibilities of the job:

·        Maintaining the billing system

·        Generating invoices and account statements

·        Performing account reconciliations

·        Maintaining accounts receivable files and records

·        Producing monthly financial and management reports

·        Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

·        Assisting in general financial management and analysis

·        Collection on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone

·        Supporting the month end process
