This role involves handling inquiries related to our products and providing exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in assisting potential clients, demonstrating product features, and helping guide them through the purchasing process. 

Role: 

• Should able to generate the leads related to acoustic products (training will be provided). 

• Able to demonstrate the products range to the prospects. • Soft skills in converting the enquiry to deal.

 • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.

 • Conduct frequent marketing survey & competitor analysis.

• Handle general inquiries from potential clients and customers.
