Requirements· 

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).

· Experience: 08–12 years of progressive experience in corporate relations, industry engagement, or placement leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity within the IT/education/training sector.

· Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of the IT sector’s hiring ecosystem, future skills demand, and global recruitment trends.

· Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead large teams, manage senior managers, and drive organizational transformation.

· Strategic Networking: Strong industry network and ability to engage effectively with senior corporate leaders and stakeholders.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and insights to make strategic decisions and track impact.

· Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization at industry forums.
